A Passionate Network

With several active members, our organization forms a strong and reliable international network of people who are passionate about the safety and well being of youths and communities in general.

 

 This allows us to advocate in the local, national and international communities, and work directly with the people we serve.

Reduction of Crime

Our main goal is to prevent drug abuse and violence  among the youths.

 

We pursue close relationships with schools, religious and other communities to reach out to people who are potentially vulnerable to peer pressure or violent attacks and offer assistance in different ways.

Supporting The Youths

Knife attacks has been alarmingly high in the UK in recent times and still counting. Something needs to be done to fast to curb the death toll and aftermath of trials.

 On the other hand, drug abuse amongst the Nigerian youths is getting scarier by the day.

 

Supporting teenagers require direct communication and assistance. That’s why our volunteers work hard to develop and maintain social relationships with the people they serve.

Community and Charity

School Seminars

We have been to higher institutions in Nigeria to share information leaflets and talk about drug abuse, the possible causes and its effects on people.

We also intend to start running workshops in secondary schools in the UK in conjunction with Drug Free world on prevention of drug abuse, and how to avoid violence in the society.

Solution Building Sessions

Our team of volunteers started the solution building sessions in 2018 with the first one taking place at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos Nigeria in May 2018. A lot of students were engaged and we also had children as young as 8 who talked to us about their understanding of drug abuse.

The second session is due to take place in London in June 2019. This will be a platform to move forward, discus and focus on various solutions to the menace sweeping away our youths, as opposed to defining the problems which we already know about.

Stakeholders will come together and deliberate on the best measures and set achievable goals with dates to start implementing the chosen solution options.

MADAV Charity Walk

MADAV Charity walks are due to start taking place across different cities from June 2019 in order to raise more awareness for the need to tackle the drug abuse and violence sweeping away the potential future leaders of our society.
